Meeting Your Inner Helper in the Middle World
In this section you will learn how to meet your Spirit Helper (Inner Helper) in the Middle World and how to ask meaningful questions for guidance and perspective.
In my beginner course, you learned how to visit the Under World and meet Spirit Guides from that realm. Meeting your Spirit Guide in the Middle World is very similar. The Middle World is full of spirit allies connected to nature and everyday life, making it a great place to find guidance for practical matters.
One Spirit I suggest visiting in the Middle World is your Spirit Helper. I also like to call it the Inner Helper because it is part of you.
Your Spirit Helper is a special guide who assists with important life questions, whether they relate to daily life situations or even past lives. Like your Higher Self, your Spirit Helper knows a lot about you — your past, present, and future. It can answer important questions and offer you a new perspective on your situation.
Meeting Your Inner Healer or Spirit Healer in the Middle World
In this lesson you will learn how to connect with your Inner Healer / Spirit Healer and how to receive healing guidance for balance and wellness.
Meeting your Inner Healer or Spirit Healer in the Middle World is a powerful and transformative experience in shamanic journeying.
Your Inner Healer represents the aspect of you that knows how to restore balance, wellness, and harmony within. This guide holds the knowledge of what you need for healing on all levels — physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Journey to the Island of Our Loved Ones Beyond
In this lesson you will learn a gentle Middle World journey to connect with a passed loved one in a respectful and heartfelt way. If there’s someone you want to connect with, especially a loved one on the other side, you can try this journey as well.
