Hi, I am Daniela, the founder of the WhiteLight Self-Empowerment System.
When I offer distance healing, I may use different techniques depending on what feels appropriate for that person, but my work is always connected to the highest source of Being,
White Light.
WhiteLight Self-Empowerment works with the image and energy of a white, crystal-clear, radiant orb of light.
This orb is used for self-healing, distance healing, spiritual healing, chakra healing, aura healing, and personal empowerment.
The system has some similarities to energetic attunement work, but it is its own system with its own focus, structure, and energy.
WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is designed to support the clearing, opening, strengthening, balancing, and energizing of the chakras and the aura.
It also works on the physical and energetic body and can support a deeper connection with your higher self, spiritual guidance, and your own intuition.
In my experience, people who work with this system often feel clearer in their thoughts and emotions. It can also support intuitive development, distance healing, and spiritual healing.
WhiteLight Self-Empowerment can be learned without having been attuned to Reiki or another healing system, especially when it is learned directly and personally.
For distance attunements, however, I recommend that the student has some prior experience with energy work, Reiki, or another healing system. This can help the student understand and integrate the energy more easily.
During the attunements, each person receives the clarification, clearing, and energy that is right for them at that time.
The more you work with WhiteLight Self-Empowerment, the stronger and more familiar the energy can become.
This system is divided into four levels:
1st Level: The Clearing
2nd Level: The Healing
3rd Level: The Expansion
4th Level: Master/Teacher
WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is especially suitable for personal energy work, distance healing, spiritual healing, and for people who feel drawn to working with White Light and light orbs.
The Four Levels
Level 1 – The Clearing
Before you learn this level, you should have some knowledge about the aura and Chakras, because in the first Level the focus of WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is concentrated on the clearing of chakras, and aura.
During the attunement you receive the first clearing. You learn a very simple meditation to clear and activate your chakras and aura on a daily basis.
Suggested Integration time about 1-3 days
Level 2 – The Healing
Here you learn to use WhiteLight Self-Empowerment for healing sessions.
Other themes are: Expanding the meditation, Energy room clearing, protection and energy rising, self treatment, treatment for your clients, Sacred place with WhiteLight Self-Empowerment and a special technique for harmonizing.
You also receive another attunement.
Suggested Integration time about 1–5 days
Level 3 – The Expansion
In this Level further chakras are opened, and activated, and the energy is expanded further, and increased.
Themes are, among others: advanced meditation techniques, energy spreading, distance treatments, cosmic healing depot, contact with your higher being, connecting with information sources and more...
This includes another attunement.
Suggested Integration time about 1-5 days
Level 4 – Master/Teacher
Here you learn the attunement techniques.
And a teacher attunement is also included.
In this Level further chakras are opened, and activated, and the energy is expanded further, and increased.

Is WhiteLight Self-Empowerment the same as Reiki?
No, WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is its own system. It can be helpful for people who do not feel called to learn Reiki, but who feel drawn to another form of energy work. I still feel that Reiki is very valuable, deeply respect it as a healing system, and still teach Reiki as well.
Do I need to know Reiki or another healing system before learning WhiteLight Self-Empowerment?
No, you do not need to know Reiki or another healing system before working with WhiteLight Self-Empowerment. This system can be used by people who feel drawn to energy work, self-healing, spiritual development, light work, and chakra or aura healing. However, a basic understanding of energy, chakras, the aura, and meditation is helpful. If WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is learned directly in a person-to-person course, these foundations can be explained and practiced as part of the course. If you receive the attunements by distance, however, I recommend that you already have some prior experience with energy work, Reiki or another healing system, meditation, and distance healing work. This can help you understand and integrate the energy more easily. WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is its own system and can also be a beautiful starting point for people who do not feel called to learn Reiki or another healing system, but who feel drawn to this form of energy work.
Why are attunements included if I can work with WhiteLight and light orbs by myself?
The WhiteLight Self-Empowerment system was received by me in 2003, together with the attunements. At that time, I felt very clearly that the attunements were part of the system. The attunements are not meant to replace personal practice. Just like in Reiki, an attunement can give a person a helpful energetic start, but the student still needs to work with the energy afterward.
Can I work with WhiteLight without receiving the attunements?
Yes. Times have changed, and many people are more open to energy work today. This is also why I offer the manuals for free. If someone already has experience with energy work and feels that they do not need the attunements, they are welcome to work with WhiteLight and the light orbs for their own self-healing and spiritual practice.
What do the WhiteLight attunements do?
In the WhiteLight system, the attunements are also like healing sessions. They help to cleanse and activate the chakras and aura with White Light and support the person in connecting more deeply with the energy. A person can also do this by themselves, but it may take longer and require more practice.
What is included in the free option?
The free option includes access to the WhiteLight Self-Empowerment manuals and meditations, so you can explore the system for your own personal practice. You can work with WhiteLight, the light orbs, chakra healing, aura healing, and self-empowerment exercises in the way that feels right for you. The free option does not include personal attunements, lineage, or a Master/Teacher certificate.
What is included in the paid attunement option?
The paid attunement option includes the four WhiteLight Self-Empowerment distance attunements. These attunements are also like healing sessions. They help to cleanse and activate the chakras and aura with White Light and support you in connecting more deeply with the energy. This option also includes lineage and a Master/Teacher certificate, which is important if you want to teach WhiteLight Self-Empowerment to others.
Is this a video course, or is it based on e-books?
WhiteLight Self-Empowerment is mainly based on e-books/manuals. It is not a video course. The system is meant to be simple, clear, and easy to follow through the written manuals and the included meditations. This makes it possible for you to study and practice in your own time, at your own pace. If you choose the paid attunement option, you also receive the four distance attunements, lineage, and the Master/Teacher certificate.
Do I need the attunements if I want to teach WhiteLight Self-Empowerment?
For personal use, people can work with the free manuals and WhiteLight in the way that feels right for them.
However, if someone wants to teach WhiteLight Self-Empowerment to others, they should receive the attunements, lineage, and certificate, so they are properly connected to the system and can pass it on with clarity and integrity.
Why do you offer the manuals for free?
I decided to offer the e-books for free so that you can read about WhiteLight Self-Empowerment, explore the system, and try it for yourself. At the same time, this system came out in 2004. Since then, it has been going around the world and has even been translated into different languages.
