About Daniela
My name is Daniela. Mediumship just came to me on its own - I didn’t plan it. But I wanted a clear structure, so I learned mediumship properly, and that’s also how I found Trance Healing. It’s one of my favourite healing methods, and after guiding students through it in my live courses, I knew I could teach it beautifully as an online course too - step by step, in a supportive way.
How can Trance Healing help?
A Trance Healing session can be supportive when you feel out of balance - for example during high stress, emotional overwhelm, or times of inner change.
Trance Healing works primarily on the emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Some people also notice shifts on the physical level, especially when physical discomfort is connected to emotional or energetic stress (which is often the case).
How does it work?
Before a Trance Healing session, the medium enters a deep meditation to reach a gentle trance state and connect with their Spirit Friends (such as Spirit Guides and Helpers).
In this process, the medium becomes a clear channel, allowing healing energy and support from Spirit to flow through their aura to the client.

Do I need special “psychic” skills to take this course?
No. You don’t need to be “psychic” to benefit from this training. It helps if you have some experience with meditation (and energy work can be a bonus), but beginners are very welcome. The course is guided step-by-step, all you need is curiosity, openness, and a willingness to practice and listen inwardly.
What if I don’t feel or see anything during the meditations?
That’s completely normal. Connection can be subtle at first (sensations, emotions, inner knowing, symbols, or calm clarity). With repetition and practice, many students notice their own unique signs of connection more clearly over time.
Will I lose control in trance?
No. In this course, trance is taught as a gentle, safe, meditation-based state where you remain aware and can stop at any time. You are always in control of your experience.
Is Trance Healing safe?
Trance Healing is taught in a grounded, respectful way, with guidance on protection, boundaries, and returning to a clear, present state after practice. Always trust your own pace - take breaks whenever you need to.
Is Trance Healing the same as Reiki?
They are different but can beautifully complement each other. Reiki is a structured energy healing system, while Trance Healing focuses on entering trance through meditation and allowing healing energy and guidance to flow through connection with Spirit. Many Reiki practitioners enjoy adding trance work to deepen intuition and presence.
Who are “Spirit Friends”?
In this course, “Spirit Friends” is a warm term for helpful spiritual support such as Spirit Guides and Helpers (and for some people, Angels or Ascended Masters). You’ll be guided to connect in a way that feels aligned with your own beliefs.
Can I use this for myself as well as for others?
Yes. You’ll learn trance healing for self-healing and also how to offer sessions for others, including distance healing and face-to-face healing.
