About Me

Welcome! My journey in the transformative realm of spiritual growth began many years ago in Germany and continues to flourish in Canada, where I’ve lived since 2005. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible individuals—both one-on-one and in groups, online and in person.

I practice and teach Reiki, Tarot, and Shamanic Healing methods, including Soul Retrieval, Aura Balancing, Shamanic Journeying, Trance Dance, and other powerful shamanic practices. Additionally, I guide and teach Past Life Regression, Intuition Development, Mediumship Readings, Trance Healing, Energy Grid Activation, Space Clearings, and various other healing techniques.

I am deeply honored to be the Founder of the WhiteLight Self Empowerment System and the Healing Grid Connection, both of which are recognized and practiced worldwide.

A Little About Me Personally

I was born on February 4, 1965, in East Germany and moved to Calgary, Canada, in 2005. I’m a proud wife, mother of four children, stepmother to one, and grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren. My native language is German, and I began learning English at the age of 40—a journey I embraced with passion and determination. I hope you enjoy my German accent as much as I enjoy sharing my knowledge with you!

In this mini course, I will introduce you to Shamanic Journeying, so that you can find out, if Shamanic Journeying is something for you.

A Shamanic Journey is a spiritual practice, and it is a way of exploring the spiritual realms, and making contact with spirits, spirit animals, power animals, lost souls, angels, ancestors, elders, or departed shamans. It is a way of finding out more about yourself, or finding information, healing, wisdom, knowledge, and guidance with one’s personal life.

What is this Mini Course about?

This course teaches you how to do a Shamanic Journey to the Middle World.
It would be good, but not necessary, to have some experience with meditations, or energy work. Important is to be open minded.

What do you need for this course?

  • You need a bandana or just a scarf to cover your eyes.
  • Have a blanket, and a small pillow
  • Maybe have another blanket to cover yourself if you get cold easily
  • Have a stereo (is preferred) or use an mp3 player with headphones.

What is the target audience?

  • This course is for students who like to learn about Shamanic Ritual and Shamanic Healing. 
  • It is for students who want to grow spiritually 
  • NOTE: This course is not for people who need a medical or psychiatric treatment.
