Bringing self and others into balance
Balancing for Body, Mind and Spirit is a very important course for anyone interested in energy healing. Daniela walks you through, step-by-step, on a technique to balance the right and left sides of the body and mind. Alone, this is a great course to use on your loved ones and/or clients but when you incorporate reiki or other healing modality, it takes it to the next level. I now utilize this technique followed by reiki (see Daniela and Lina's Reiki course here) on anyone that I am doing energy work with. The balancing, relaxation and healing I see in people after this combination is truly amazing. I highly recommend this course.
