Learning the meaning of Tarot Cards is not something you can do in one day. Tarot is a very complex system, and for some, like me, it took years to really understand the card's meaning, especially as it seems like there are many different interpretations in different books or teachings.
Do you relate to this?
If so, then let us help you understand the cards using some tricks.
Hi, my name is Daniela, and I’ve been studying and using Tarot cards since I was a young woman.
In this course, we will focus on the meaning of each Tarot card. I will guide you through every card and explain what it means.
I will also share tips to help you remember the Major Arcana first, and then give you ideas for understanding the Minor Arcana.
To make it easier, I have included the basic meanings of the numbers 0–10. These will help you with the 56 Minor Arcana cards.
Some videos in this course come from my Beginner Course, "The Art of Tarot Card Readings", which I created with my daughter Lina. In that course, we go deeper into Tarot and learn step by step how to do readings for yourself and for others.
This course is a bit different: it has short videos for each card, and also written text with extra hints and interpretations.
There are many books about Tarot, and each has its own way of explaining the cards. These can be helpful, but it is most important to find out what each card means for you personally. That is why we will start with the basic meanings first.
Some teachers say you should look at the picture on the card and then read it intuitively. This works very well for some, but it can feel difficult for beginners.
Everyone learns in a different way: maybe you read the cards easily with your intuition, or maybe you prefer more structure in the beginning. In the next section, we will first look at the intuitive method, and then go through each card.
Think of this course like a digital book you can use anytime when you want to check a card’s meaning. I think this is easier than searching in a paper book. So, let’s begin!
